A New Model for Action
Instead of solely relying on traditional donations and grants, we generate revenue from our humanitarian innovations in commercial markets. We then allocate 100% of this income to provide free, life-saving services and disaster preparedness programs for underserved communities.
This hybrid approach connects commercial technology markets with humanitarian aid. It guarantees that the world’s most vulnerable populations gain access to resilient infrastructure, clean energy, and vital health innovations.

Venture Philanthropy: This is the specific investment approach we use. We apply venture capital principles to the nonprofit sector. We invest in a project’s long-term capacity to generate both positive social impact and sustainable financial returns.
Purpose-Driven Brand: A for-profit company dedicated to solving social, environmental, or ethical issues, integrating this core mission directly into its business model rather than treating it as a side project. Often called mission-driven companies, social enterprises, conscious brands, or certified B Corps, these organizations use their profits to promote positive change, enabling consumers to support a meaningful movement with every purchase.
Mission-Driven Technology Transfer: The process of moving scientific findings, knowledge, and intellectual property (IP) from research institutions, such as universities, hospitals, or government labs, to developed into new products, services, or processes for public use. We actively move practical solutions from the development phase directly to the communities and commercial partners that need them most. Our Bayh-Dole Act-compliant licensing program ensures our patents achieve maximum global impact.
